How does ProSpace Office Solutions work?

We provide flexible, fully equipped office spaces for small business owners, startups, trainers, and professionals who don’t need a full-time office or meeting space. You can rent a private office or conference room by the day or week, access 24/7 mailbox services, and even schedule notary services—all without long-term commitments.

Yes! Our private offices and meeting spaces are available for daily rentals, making it easy to work professionally without a long-term lease.

Can I use ProSpace Office Solutions as my business address?

Absolutely! We offer secure, 24/7 mailbox services so you can have a professional business street address instead of using your home address.

Do you provide office space for traveling professionals or trainers?

Yes! We are less than 5 miles from the University of Florida, making us a perfect option for visiting professionals who need a temporary workspace.

What technology do your conference rooms include?

Our conference rooms come with: Video conferencing capabilities, Large presentation screen (Vibe S1 4K UHD Smart Board), High-speed internet, Printing and scanning services

Can I bring in catering or have food delivered?

Sure! There are several nearby restaurants that offer catering for your meeting.

Oh No! I lost my key.

That’s okay! Call us immediately at (352) 792-6231. We can deactivate the lost key and issue you a new one. Please don’t hesitate to call. If you find the lost key in between the car seats (or wherever it snuck off to), we will refund your deposit for both keys.

Is there anything I need to do at check-out?

Nope! Just check your space for any belongings you may have forgotten! Did you leave your favorite pen in a desk drawer? Did you remember to grab your charger? Great! Just close your office door behind you.

How much are print and scan services?

Black and White Copies/ Prints are 10 cents per page (12 cents per page for Legal)
Color Copies and Prints are 30 cents per page (35 cents per page for Legal)
Document Scanning is 10 cents per page
Available Sizes are Letter and Legal.

What is included with my rental?

Your rental includes 24-hour use of your rented space as well as access to our common areas. Common areas include lobby, documents solutions center, kitchen, and bathrooms. The lobby is staffed during normal business hours and has seating for five guests. We will let you know when your guests arrive, and they can wait comfortably until you are ready.

Do you offer multi-day rentals?

Yes! If you rent a space for multiple days, you can leave your items overnight and pick up where you left off the next day—no need to pack up after every session.

What’s the difference between your services and co-working spaces?

Unlike traditional co-working spaces, we offer fully private office spaces and meeting rooms that can be rented on-demand. This means no distractions, no crowded environments—just a quiet, professional workspace when you need it.

How is parking handled?

We offer free, on-site parking, unlike UF or other locations where you have to pay and walk long distances.

How do I schedule notary services?

Notary services are available during normal business hours by appointment. Just let us know at the time of your booking if you need a notary and we will make sure to have someone available. Notary Fees are $10 per stamp.

I need multiple keys.

No problem! If you are hosting a conference or working with a team, we can accommodate all your guests and ensure easy access. Each key requires a $10 refundable deposit.

Where do I leave my key after hours?

The key drop is just outside the front door. Just drop your key, and we will see you next time! Each key is unique and attached to your account. Your key deposit will be refunded the next business day.
